Installation

During the initial construction phase, it is essential to bury the pre-embedded components to achieve a seamless lighting effect. The process involves pre-embedding the lighting fixtures, followed by light-blocking construction, and finally installing the main lighting components.

Step 1: After completing the gypsum board ceiling, holes are drilled according to the designated positions and dimensions of the recessed lights.

Step 2: Install the pre-embedded components for the recessed lights and secure them using screws.

Step 3: Ensure proper rust prevention, mesh treatment, and application of putty, wire, and latex paint.

Step 4: Power-off and Read Instructions Before starting the installation, remember to turn off the power. The dimensions for embedding the lights can be found in the instruction manual. Typically, the installation distance between the embedded lights and the wall is around one meter, but the spacing between each light can be adjusted according to personal preference. Use a pencil to mark the installation positions of each recessed light on the ceiling.

Step 5: Insert the spot lights After drilling the spaces for the  spot lights, use an electrical tester to ensure that each hole is live. Once confirmed, turn off the power. Each spot light has a crown connector for the main line. Connect the black and blue wires to the crown connector and tighten them with a screwdriver. If the spot light requires grounding, connect the grounding wire (yellow-green wire) to the center crown connector. Push all the wires into the ceiling, away from the line of sight. Lock the springs in place and fully insert the spot lights into the holes. Repeat this step for all remaining spot lights.
